Populism as a New Form of Government   Featuring Nadia Urbinati, Columbia Professor of Political Theory, followed by comments from Diego Rossello, Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez’ School of Liberal Arts. The event will be chaired by Carmen Le Foulon (GSAS’14), Public Opinion Program Coordinator at CEP.
  This is the first installment of a series of two events jointly organized by the Santiago Center and Chilean think tank CEP, entitled “Challenges for Democracy,” to be held during July 2021.
