On yesterday‘s Europe Day (9^th May 2017) initiatives and persons were honored with the European Award “Blue Bear” for their engagement in the coalescence of Europe and the promotion of the common European values. The award presentation ceremony took place at Berlin’s City Hall “Rotes Rathaus”.

During the celebration, Dr. Klaus Lederer, Senator for Culture and Europe, awarded the “Blue Bear” to the Berlin based team of “Pulse of Europe”. The second and third prize were handed over to the „Junge Europäische Bewegung Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.“ as well as the „Club der polnischen Versager e.V.“.

This year the award presentation took place for the third time and was supported once again by Buddy Bear Berlin with the three prize trophies.
