Now Available: Draft IRIS Assessment Plan (IAP) for Uranium

Notice: EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Program is announcing a 30-day public comment period associated with the draft IRIS Assessment Plan (IAP) for Uranium. The comment period ends on March 2nd, 2018. Additionally, EPA will convene an IRIS Public Science Meeting (Webinar) on March 22nd, 2018 to discuss the uranium IAP.

IRIS assessment plans outline objectives for each assessment as well as the type of evidence considered the most pertinent to address the scoping needs. The scope for each assessment was determined by the needs of EPA Program and Regional offices.

Now Available: Systematic Review Protocol for the IRIS Chloroform Assessment

Notice: EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Program is announcing a 30-day public comment period associated with the Systematic Review Protocol for the IRIS Chloroform Assessment. The comment period ends on March 2nd, 2018.

IRIS systematic review protocols describe the methods used for conducting an assessment of the available scientific literature for the purpose of evaluating hazard and deriving toxicity values for the chemical of interest.
